+: تعامل الرسيبشن والفندق نظيف و بشكل عام كانت الاقامة فيه مريحة ، كانت فترة الاقامة لمدة ليليتين ولم تكن كافية للاطلاع على مرافق وخدمات الفندق

-: غلاء اسعار المطعم والمشروبات والخدمات وعلى سبيل المثال الكوكولا الصغير سعره مايقارب 45 ريال ومغسلة الملابس على سبيل المثال قطعتين غسيلهم مايقارب 65 ريال ، حجزنا مع الافطار ولكن للاسف بوفيه الافطار مخيب جداً محدود وغير متنوع ( نصيحة لاتحجز مع الافطار)

+: The location, the staff and its facilities. The Italian restaurant is fantastic, the Spa team is great and the Salon is amazing, the hairdressers and the ladies who did my manicure, so polite and professional and very friendly.

-: The power cut in my room every for at least one time, I reported it and they’ve just turned it back again from the panel that’s in the room. No one rook an interest to investigate after at least the second time and on top of that did not even get an apology. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and the in room dining food I’d say is average if not below.

+: The staff were very attentive to details. Yusef from the reception helped as and gave us a room with a nice view of Sheikh Zayed Road. Breakfast was amazing. Bandeep was always checking on us if we need anything. Mina and Yamin were very helpful during breakfast because they were helping us from our requests. They have a nice spread of breakfast, we loved it. Also, the location is very near to Dubai tourist attractions (burj khalifa, dubai mall, museum of the future) and the location of the hotel is near the World Trade Metro Station, it is very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, big enough for my toddler to run around.
