The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service. The hotel is newly built and equipped with the latest amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

-: - Very old resort and facilities, cheap services. - All-inclusive package is a joke (all worst options only with cheap quality, it’s like if they make you feel you’re are asking for things for free but I paid 500 usd per for 2 nights!!!) - Cheap management that tries to overcharge me 3 times (1 time over a massage I booked with discount saying actually there was no discount on the day, unavailable dish at the outside bar so brought me a more expensive one without my approval and ask me to pay out of package, mini-golf extra 50AED charge!!!) - Need to walk 10min to go get a towel for the beach, then you need to drop it back or you get charges lol) - No beverages services at the pool or beach - No one tidying up the side tables or sun beds after each client use, so it’s hard to find clean or vacant ones- Process food served at the all day dining restaurant (breakfast lunch and dinner, felt like a school cantina, food runs out and no replenishments. - No table service at the all day dining restaurant (no drinks or coffee orders, worst coffee. - I saw a hair on the floor of the room upon checking in. - No sound proofing in the room you hear everything around(again due to old infrastructure) - Very outdated furniture inside and outside - No hospitality skills from the management whatsoever - No valet parking upon guest arrival - Craws eating your food if you look away 1 min
