+: La resort è super curata non manca mai nulla ed ha personale super cordiale. In primis reception manager Mister Hamada che ci ha aiutato in qualsiasi domanda o dubbio ci ha aiutato ad organizzare anche feste a sorpresa, una persona super cordiale. Pulizia in camera perfetta con ottimo lavoro del personale.La cucina varia e buona i camerieri e gli chef sono spettacolari

+: The staff here is amazing. Everyone is absolutely friendly, I must especially praise the waiters, restaurant employees and reception workers. I ordered a taxi and the taxi driver tried to cheat me, but the receptionists reacted immediately and arranged everything. You feel absolutely safe in hotel, everyone is there for you. We will definitely come back here.

-: reception and human relationsDue to a problem, we were kept waiting at the reception for 8-9 hours and were not taken to our room. Due to a booking issue, we were forced to pay extra money. Instead of solving the problem themselves, they called us and told us that this problem is not our problem, and solve it through booking.

+: Everything was perfect, especially the staff is super helpful and nice . Pools , beach , Restaurants , food , Aqua park everything was perfect. We enjoyed so much.

+: Die Lage , herrlicher Blick aufs Meer vom Zimmer und Restaurant aus . Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. :)Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Servicemitarbeiter im Culina Restaurant. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Pool.

-: Es war sehr voll , teils war es sehr schwierig überhaupt noch eine Liege am Strand oder Pool zu bekommen, da viele schon in den frühen Morgenstunden dauerbelegt werden. Zu wenige Servicemitarbeiter am Pool Strand , die Getränke bringen und eventuell auch die leeren Becher wieder mitnehmen. So fliegen diese am Pool bei starkem Wind viel in der Gegend herum . Oder mehr Abstellwägen aufstellen?Beim Frühstück im La Marche Restaurant, toller Blick aufs Meer , aber leider teilweise sehr mürrische , unfreundliche Mitarbeiter denen man für ein Tischgedeck hinterher laufen muss. Eventuell wären auch kleine Tischabfalleimer hilfreich.

+: The hotel exceeded our expectations. Variety of food was to everyone’s liking and plenty of it! All fresh and presented well. The Staff was working around the clock to keep the palce super clean and presented at its best. Our room was super nice, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. A Big Thank You to Mohammed who made sure our room 2079 is always perfect! He was super helpful and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

-: Only thing I would upgrade was our bed.
