+: It is not the newest and most modern resort, but it was good overall and the stay more enjoyable than expected. It is important to understand and practice the egyptian tipping culture and you will notice an immediate improvement of the staff relationships.

-: المكان مهما كان جميل و نضيف و الناس كلها محترمة..تبقى المقابلة و الاستقبال و الأسلوب فى التعامل مع الضيوف لمكان الإقامة اهم من كل الميزات الأخرى الموجودة بالمكان..موظف الريسبشن المتواجد فى المكان فى. الشيفت من الساعة 10..بصراحة مقابلته مكانتش لطيفة خالصة و حتى بيتكلم فى التعليمات بأسلوب مش لطيف خالص ، قفلنا من المكان كله..برغم أننا راحين نروق اعصابنا مش نحرقها. باقى المكان و الخدمات بصراحة ناس راقية و محترمة جدا جدا.

+: Some staff are very nice especially at the beach bar. Food is nice with wide range. Nice beach and pool area. We had some service at the spa section ehich is beautiful with kind staff.
-: Receptionists were very rude at checking in. They refused to show us the room before we pay. They were also extremely rude at check out. We were a bit late at check out and they phoned and argued rudely that we need to pay an extra day if we are not at the reception shortly. Music is very loud almost all day, which is cool if you like party, if you like quiet to chill it's not your place though. Rooms are very simple (only a few looklike in the pictures) and bathrooms are below standard. It was clean though. For 2 persons 4 nights wepayed an extra $13 for wifi with very weak reception at the whole area.
