+: Mükemmel bir atmosfer tamamen insanların kafasını dağıtma üzerine , konfor açısından da her şey düşünülmüş sharma gelirsek tekrardan yine ilk ve tek adresimiz burası olucak laguna club sevdalısı olduk artık resepsiyonda ki Mohammed beye de ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz bizim uçak saatimiz gece 4 te olmasına rağmen otel odamızda konaklama ve otel imkanlarından faydalanmamıza yardımcı olduğu için teşekkür ederiz şükran duyduk :)

+: Property was not the best but was value for money paid. Unfortunately food and drinks were not up to standards but the hotel staff tried to do their best to make our vacation memorable. Honestly speaking the only thing we liked it was the high level of hospitality skills of guests services and f&b department. Big shoutout to Mr. Nader, Mr. Mostapha, Mr.Zeid, Asst. General Manager. They were outstanding and great asset fpr the company.

-: Food and drinks far from the standards. Entertainment is so outdated and low in quality. Reaching the beach was a long way to walk but was ok. But not being able to use bars after 17:00 was not ok. Due to heat that was the only time we were going to the beach..
