+: It has a beach vibes. A pool, palms and an open lobby. Loved the family of cats living on the premises and it was very sweet to receive a pancake platter for my birthday.
-: I have stayed with Ibis hotels before in different locations and this time I had a shock… The hotel itself is very old and tired, it’s not cleaned properly. Dead cockroach in the hallway was there from the early morning till 4 pm and after finally the floors has been cleaned, the cockroach was gone, but the dirt with hair and dust remained. When I moved in, my toilet wasn’t cleaned from the previous customer- there were short dark hairs on it and urine stains. Black mold in the bathroom, stained grey-colored towels. The best part was an uncleaned blood stain on the mattress from someone’s period… Some sockets don’t work properly, pillows are high and not very comfortable.The lobby is always dirty. Left over drinks and foods are staying there for hours. Couches and chairs are stained and dusty too.The breakfast wasn’t good either. The food has no taste, sometimes it’s just spice. Like the chef there never heard of salt. The variety of food is very scarce too. I regret buying breakfast there, as sometimes you just don’t know what to take, since it’s not tasty or satisfying at all :(The response rate from the staff responsible for their Booking.com page is horrendous. I chose a cash-payment at first and eventually decided to pay by card in advance, but failed to get a help from the stuff. They ignored my messages, answering once in 3-4 days. And I got their final message about them failing to fulfill my request when I already checked in their hotel and was peacefully sleeping in my bed…
