-: I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at kata sea breeze. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but their policies regarding lost keys are exorbitant and unreasonable. After my room key came off their flimsy key ring, they had the audacity to charge me a staggering 1,500 bhat for just a replacement key that cost them 495 bhat (i goggled the product code) I had all the key ring. The lack of empathy and understanding from the management is astounding. The hotel is very dated The shower is terrible, going from boiling hot to freezing cold every few seconds. It has a 80% occupancy of Russians. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

+: The breakfast was and sufficient and adequate. However, the grounds and pool areas were beautiful to walk around and relax in. The staff were very happy and very helpful. It made our stay very pleasant. Great hotel as it was well suited to couples or families of different ages. Thank you.

-: The breakfast could have a wider variety, however, the food was tasty and the breakfast venue was delightful as we enjoyed the pool area as we ate.

+: Ingenting. Dårligt hotel fyldt med larmende russere der tror de ejer det hele.. Kan ikke anbefales på nogen som helst måde. Alt for stort hotel, man kan risikere at skulle gå langt for at ramme sit hotelværelse. Poolen og poolbaren ser lækker ud på billederne men er fyldt med larmende børn og russere der fylder det hele.

-: Personalet. Man har simpelthen ansat en ubehøvlet russer, der er dårlig til Engelsk. Værelset var ikke klar til tiden. Man skulle betale et tårnhøjt depositum og vi følte os på ingen måde velkomne. Er aldrig blevet taget så dårligt imod på et hotel i Thailand.
