+: Die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage und die gute Ausstattung.

-: 98% der Gäste waren Russen, und man wurde von sämtlichen Personal immer erst auf russisch angesprochen. Wenn es zumindest türkisch oder Englisch wäre, dann wäre ich zufrieden so jedoch war es nur ein großes Ärgernis.Wenigstens ein türkisches "Merhaba" wäre das Minimum, immerhin waren wir nicht in Russland. :-(Deshalb gibt es nicht die beste Bewertung.

+: The resort was amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious every day. We had young children with us and there was plenty to do from parks to swimming pools to kids activities there was something for everyone. We loved every moment and would definitely go back. I also loved the tea

-: The fact that the shopping centre in the resort was charging silly money for absolutely everything nearly 200% markup on everything
