+: 1. Bars on the beach for you to access food easily instead of having to go back to the hotel2. The Sauna and steam room3. The place was clean, although I did have to ask for ad hoc cleaning due to things missed sometimes and staff responded well.
-: 1. They tried to provide alot of variety with the food they offer, but unfortunately alot of the food tasted quite mass produced and bland, I regretted my choice of going for an all inclusive as I eneded up eating out almost all day anyway. The food at the grill was ok, probs the best they had on offer and the sweet treats were lovely - but you obviously can't eat this everyday. In general the food was defo not 4star level!2. The beds were rock hard, after staying their for a week, I came back with back pain and the massage I did felt like a waste as I was in pain again after sleeping. Saw somone comment on this too, they're not lying!3. Constant pestering to take on spa treatments when I go to the spa, if I say no, let me be lol4. The location is quite far out from main attractions, I'd defo stay closer to the heart of the city if I travelled here again.
