+: Honestly very poor experience from cleanliness to staff to the rooms. Rooms are interconnected which is why I was able to hear the screaming crying baby next door, all night every night that kept me awake.The sink was blocked with sugar wrappers when we moved in & was there for another couple of days till I was there. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job. If you are travelling with a toddler or kids under the age of 6 or 7, this place is a complete waste of money. Terrible food. It says all on board but in reality it’s not. They don’t even have bathrobes or toothpaste in the toilets after charging you 100’s of pounds per night. Terrible experience. It’s maybe good to visit during the day once in your trip to see the amazing dolphin show but apart from that terrible. No one really wants to help. Especially the kids club staff is very inconsiderate, they will just ignore the kids & sit there having their own laugh. They look irritated with the kids & have no interest in them what so ever. Never staying there ever again.

-: Although all inclusive, the park is huge. If you want lunch you have to go in to the water park to get it. They say there’s a few shops that are included but only to find out only fizzysoft drinks are free. Ice cream slush puppies are extra. Also I found that the “free” shops were very far apart.
