+: scenery was pretty, good beach and slides, clean outdoors

-: same type of food everyday, some food was cold despite being under heaters??? majority of the popular foods were not filled up again after finishing, bathroom in room smelt like sewage no matter how many times it was cleaned and the smell would come out to the room, absolutely revolting, did not even want to take a shower in those facilities! dirty bedsheets, housekeeping came in but didn’t change the sheets. very poor customer service, asked for our bags to be taken down to lobby on our last day, they labelled the wrong bags with our room number and didn’t know where our bags were. we had to grab the trolley and go collect our bags ourselves when our airport transfer was waiting outside and we gave them hours of notice in advance. our bags were then not in the room as someone else had collected them and kept them outside the lobby - no communication what so ever and making us late for the airport, no apologies or anything. every time you asked a worker for something it was ignored. asked for playing cards tennis equipment from the entertainment workers, he said he will bring it and then didn’t show up when we were waiting for him, asked for drinks at breakfast lunch and dinner and weren’t allowed to get them ourselves and staff took so long to get them after asking multiple times, the beach cabanas were closed and had boxes on them and not set up, the shisha bar over the pool was closed, the indoor disco was closed and there were no pool activities despite them being advertised in the “what’s happening today” page on the website. water slides only open for 2 hours. very poor service and not worth the money at all.

+: Personal am pool und Restaurant sehr freundlich und achtsam . Essen war gut . Pool Anlage hat uns gefallen besonders die Bar im pool. Coole Hängematten

-: Personal an den Pool Anlagen sehr freundlichen machen ein guten Job . Aber an der Rezeption ist es eine Katastrophe vom Personal her . Wir Hatten Probleme mit einer Umbuchung ohne Booking wäre das alles gar nicht möglich gewesen. Booking war am Telefon und die Rezeption lügt einen ins Gesicht das die keine Informationen von Booking haben und keine emails erhalten haben . Sehr unfreundlich und immer nur am abwimmeln, und angeblich wäre die Chefin nicht im Haus um sich um unsere Sachen zu kümmern die auf einmal dann nach 5 Minuten an uns vorbei läuft.. für unsere Flitterwochen was das eine Katastrophe Kann man auf keinen Fall empfehlen und wir fahren auch nie mehr dahin in dieses Hotel auch nicht wenn die neu aufmachen nächstes Jahr . +: Eten was erg lekker. Jammer van chemische jus d’orange bij het ontbijt maar de rest was heel divers en lekker. Goede kussens en bed (wel super hard) - ik heb er heerlijk geslapen :) Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Animatie kan niet beoordelen, mijn verblijfsduur was er te kort voor.

-: Kamers hebben dringend renovatie nodig. Het is zo oud dat het niet meer schoon en hygiënisch te houden. Kleine spa.

+: Es war ein sehr schönes. Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

-: Man bräuchte eine Snack bar
