+: I enjoyed my stay at the Verdana rental, this is my second time booking there. Friendly staff members, clean place.

+: the apartment is very spacious and well decorated

-: in the room there was no air conditioning or ceiling fan, the internet, the doors of the room did not close, the kitchen was not equipped, the refrigerator did not work well at all, the washing area we were not allowed to use, many things plus.

+: La ubicación es muy buena, en general el apto es grande y las atenciones de la anfitriona fueron buenas.

-: Muchas cosas, las puertas de las habitaciones no cerraban ninguna. Había una habitación sin AC(actualmente todos los alojamientos generalmente deben tener aire acondicionado), no había suficientes toallas para todos, solo una por cama, en vez de una por persona. No había agua de tomar (en mi experiencia, es la primera vez que en un alojamientos no ponen agua). En la mayoría del tiempo no había energía eléctrica, se iba cada 5 o 10 minutos. El abanico de la habitación sin aire acondicionado, funciona con un control remoto el cual no tenía pilas, o sea, no funcionó. Decía que tenía wifi, pero este nunca funcionó correctamente. El baño común no tenía espejo ni en las habitaciones que no eran principales. Habían puertas rotas del armario de la habitación con abanico y un mal olor. Pudiera volver a este alojamiento pero si corrijen estos detalles.

+: The home was nice and decorated with style. Very spacious and there are stores and restaurants with 10 minutes of location.

-: The host was not quick to respond. took 1 hour to get into room after ariving. the host changed apartment building last minute via text message. Floors were dirty and needed moping. showers head in master bedroom was not working. no instructions on garbage disposal. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN. MASTER BEDOOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING BUT DOESNT SEEM TO WORK FOR LONG PERIODS. SECOND ROOM AIR CONDITIONER WORKS FINE. THRD BEDROOM HAS CEILING FAN ONLY NO AIR CONDITIONER. IF YOU HATE THE HEAT THIS APARTMENT IS NOT FOR YOU. NO working lights in master bedroom or outside hallway.
