-: Staff… most of them were not friendly. Fridge was not working, two different steamers not working, I requested a double bed before arrival and it was not provided.

-: The beach is not as nice as Bavaro but it’s still very nice

-: there were really bad drainage smells and some staff were rude.

+: The staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. If you get to go here make sure you look for the waiters Jordan and Adonis and one of the bartenders Jefrey, and the main man that greets you at the front Abraham. Also in destination services Kenny is amazing and there to help with anything. I recommend staying here.

+: BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!! We loved everything about it. It felt like paradise. We booked the Master Suite & it was so luxurious. We loved that they have an App now to make reservations, ask questions & make housekeepingroom service requests. The spa was pricey, but worth it.

-: Tooooo many salespeople. Constantly telling people, “No thank you.”
