+: The view and the idea of a Cave Suite. The staff was amazing, always ready to help. The Cremnoso restaurant was ok, nothing extraordinary, but good. Except for the strong winds, the stay overall was quiet, you can tell it's an adults only hotel.

-: We've been here at the beginning of May, so outside the main season.We didn't have any heat in the room, I caught a very bad cold because of this (centrally controlled, turning on the AC was only possible on cold). We had 21 degrees in the room.The bathtub didn't have a separate room, including the sinks, were part of the main room. The drain whole was a clickclack type and is in the middle of the bathtub (you click it when you sit in the bathtub), combined with the fact that the water pressure is low to the bathtub, it made it very frustrating to use. The shower was ok, but using it means wetting part of the room, which combined with the low temperatures, was no fun.For the first 3 days out of 7, there were strong winds in the area. Probably you won't have this issue if you go there mid season, and door of the room had significant spaces on the side, so the wind was very noisy in the room during night. Probably that's also because our room's entrance was on a narrow hallway, making the wind even stronger, but I didn't expect in a 5 start hotel to have to use towels to insulate the door from wind.The bed is on one side of the room, not in the middle, so if not both of you are going to sleep in the same time, you have to climb over your partnerwake them up.On top of this, the room has one stair in the middle of it, so if you want to go to the bathroom during night, after waking up your partner if you took the place near the wall, you also have to "mind the gap", in the dark.The "heated pool" is not heated, maybe warmed? It was anyway too cool to use.The restaurants in the complex are ok, Veranda and Cremnoso especially. The Umi one... I get it's supposed to be an experience, not go there is you're actually hungry (you pay 50euros + drinks, it goes somewhere to 100 eurosperson), but even the "experience" itself was rather dull.
