+: The front office staff were unbelievably helpful. They helped arrange for tour, restaurant reservation, arranging photographer and car service. The nice thing was that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp and they would respond very quickly. The rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were clean and posh. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were all very nice and exceeded our expectations. I would stay in this property again for the amenities and friendliness of the staff. Special shout out to Eva and Muhammad. They were simply wonderful in making our stay super comfortable.

-: We were 4 so had to book 2 separate rooms. Honemoon suite and a deluxe suite. Realized later we could've managed with one Honeymoon suite for 4 of us. We didn't like the walk to Oia. While the walk itself is only 1.5 km and manageable. But there are no side walks and vehicles are not as careful with pedestrians as in the US. If there is a next time we would stay in Fira as there is a bus back and forth with reasonable fare.

+: Gostei das instalações do hotel, e do atendimento.

-: Apesar de dizerem que era tranquilo caminhar até Oia, e outros hóspedes confirmarem, achamos melhor usar o carro para evitar uma caminhada de 1520 minutos debaixo de um sol forte.

+: Everything was top notch. The location, the staff, the view, the rooms, the pool all excellent. And the sunset view was just magical from the pool. We stayed there for our honeymoon and it was super amazing.

-: The rooms should have a full size mirror. Only that was missing.

+: Excelente hotel desde donde se puede ver la famosa caida de sol de oia desde el jacuzzi de tu suite

-: Seria bueno que el hotel tuviera un transfer cada 15 o 30 minutos para ir y volver del centro de oia podria ser un carrito de golf ya que regresar es imposible con bus y caminando de noche no es lo mejor

+: Staff amazing. Breakfast served in the room was great. The view was incredible and the pool area lovely. We went for our wedding with a big group and it was the best week ever!
