+: Hotel duży przestronny. Byliśmy pierwsze dni po starcie hotelu. Dało się odczuć, że przygotowania do sezonu jeszcze trwają. Na przywitanie w pokoju butelka wina owoce i ciasteczka 🙂 widok na morze 😍 jedzenie w restauracji różnorodne i bardzo dobre. Raz na pobyt możliwość kolacji w restauracji a'la carte. Wszędzie bardzo miły, uśmiechnięty personel. W recepcji pracuje sympatyczny Polak, a w poolbarze barman, który był bardzo otwarty, rozmowny robił pyszne drinki. Hotel idealny do rodzin z dziećmi. W tym roku rusza kompleks basenów że zjeżdżalniami. Personel hotelowy pomógł mam wynająć auto. Hotel ma bardzo dobrą bazę wypadową na Balos czy Efalonisi.

+: We opted for a VIP room with private pool, the room was amazing and super clean. The main pool area was also nice and there were always plenty of sun loungers. There was a bus stop outside the hotel that went every 30 mins, you could go to Chania Town or any of the nice beach towns along the way.

-: We were all inclusive and the cocktails and wine were awful! We went to the shop and got our own drinks some days. The lunch buffet was nice but the other meals were average and a little samey - although allergies were marked on the buffet, there were not a lot of gluten free desert options, only fruit. The hotel has potential but definitely isn’t 5 star just yet. The staff are friendly but service could be improved. Was slow with drinks at meal times (especially coffee in the morning) Lots of building work ongoing but I think it should be finished soon.

+: The food was good with a varied selection inkluding some local items. The choice was more than sufficient for the 3 days we stayed here. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and a good size for a couple. Pool was large with a bar in the middle to order drinks from. The staff were very friendly and polite.

-: The room was cleaned every day but the bathroom smelled of chlorine afterwards so we had to air the room each time. The snacks in the pool area ran out early, as did the popular desserts during dinner. You have to walk quite a way to get to the restaurant and bar area. The bar in the evening was short staffed so there was often a queue to get a drink despite not so many guests.

+: Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρα όπου και αν κοιτάξεις,ευγενεστατο προσωπικό,στο πρωινό δεν ξέρεις τι να πρωτοδιαλεξεις να φας η ποικιλία τεράστια.Ο μάνατζερ,ο Σεφ και ο υπεύθυνος μάλλον του εστιατορίου να καλοσωριζουν τους πελάτες και παρόντες σε όλο το γεύμα να φροντίζουν για το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα. Μπράβο σε όλη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου,σίγουρα θα έρθουμε και του χρονου

+: Εξαιρετικο ξενοδοχειο,αψογο φαγητο,το μοσχαρακι στιφαδο του Σεφ Νικου τα σπαει,πληρωσα εξτρα γιατι ειχα κλεισει μονο με πρωινο κ δεν το μετανιωσα καθολου τεραστια ποικιλια ο μπουφες,πεντακαθαρα δωματια,φιλικο ευγενεστατο προσωπικο!!!Η κεντρικη πισινα τεραστια με κρυσταλενιο νερο!Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα,θα επιστρεψω σιγουρα!!!5+++****

+: Decent hotel in need of some improvements. Firstly, we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was nice, with new furniture, a Smart TV and a couch. Room cleaning was provided daily. The main pool was spacious and had enough sunbeds, so we didn't see any guests "reserving" a spot in the morning. The pool shower could have been closer though. I also don't understand the fee for pool towels (not the deposit). You would expect this to be included in the price of a 5 star hotel. There is a beach next to the hotel, although quite average, pebbly with paid sunbeds. The food was good, plenty of choice every day. Plenty of vegetarian options. We appreciated the Italian corner with excellent pizza. The soft drinks, especially the coffee, were poor. The "juices" were not drinkable. Also, for some unknown reason, the coffee machine was turned off during lunch, so we were forced to visit the pool bar for our afternoon coffee. Alcoholic drinks were as expected. I mean, not great, not terrible - typical all inclusive drinks for this kind of price. I have read comments about diluted drinks that taste like syrup, but in my opinion it is silly to expect branded alcohol at such a price. The staff was generally good and nice. The waiters at dinner sometimes seemed overwhelmed and we had to wait a while for our drinks. One thing I noticed on a rainy day - there was water standing on the steps of the restaurant, no one bothered to clean it up all day. Pros: + new hotel with well-equipped rooms + great wi-fi throughout the place + nice staff + spacious swimming pool

-: Cons: - poor coffee and soft drinks - paid pool towels and sunbeds on the beach - only the pool bar was open during the day, which is an issue on a rainy day

+: The stay at Galini Palace was amazing.I arrived a lot earlier than I expected in the middle of the night (before check-in time) and they offered me a room to rest in without issue. The property seems very new, and yet the staff is experienced and very service-minded. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the views from the property are gorgeous. The pools are large, clean and the concept of a literal pool-island-bar was great! The food buffet in the restaurant was always filled to the brim with different local food, traditional food as well as “basic food” (pasta, pizza etc.) for both vegans and meat-eaters. The food was great and there was never a dull meal! Going on trips from the hotel for hiking or biking was also very nice, and the hotel made very good lunchboxes for day-trips. The amount of opportunities from the hotel were endless.I was kind of nervous before arriving due to the fact that the price seemed too cheap, but those worries were quickly assuaged in full.
