+: Alles was zo mooi en ruim, we zijn echt helemaal zen vertrokken. Zo genoten van het verblijf ! We aten ‘s avonds bij canal Garden (om de hoek) en hebben nog nooit zo lekker geregen! Maakte ons verblijf echt af.

+: Amazing stay. Beautiful location. Food was up to standard. The room was clean and fresh. The staff were really friendly. We got a warm welcome from the beginning. Would recommend for our friends. And will surely visit again.

+: The Hotel is beautifully designed and with a view overlooking the river, vey tranquil. Good children's water play area and arcade room. Restaurant spacious. Stayed in a suite and the room was lovely, bed fantastic.
-: The Hotel has a major problem with the experience of its staff. Whilst they are all very friendly there were several issues we faced: 1. The Hotel is a Resort & Spa, however when requesting a spa menu prior to our arrival we were informed there were no appointments available for the next 3 days. As we had specifically booked a hotel with spa to end our trip this was most disappointing. There are only 27 rooms, so they should be able to assess demand better in busy periods and plan accordingly. 2. Ordered room service on arrival. Ordered a tandoori chicken pitta wrap with garlic and coriander and got a minced chicken sandwich on white bread with egg?? 3. Ordered a negroni at dinner and was presented with a green cocktail in a martini glass. Told it was a negroni, but Campari had run out so replaced with Triple Sec... 4. Ceiling in guest room leaked water over some of pour clothing. This was washed free of charge in fairness. 5. Quoted $100 USD for a car to the airport (approx. 40 mins). Got one from elsewhere for a quarter of the price. 6. No manager on site for the entirety of our trip. 7. Food in restaurant very mixed and far from 5 star. Pizza is frozen base and looks and tastes like a supermarket bought budget range kids pizza. Breakfast was quite good in fairness and plenty of it. In summary, great property but lots of issues. Staff need better training and would really help if the FOH staff could speak better English.

-: Es könnten Auflagen für die Liegen mal erneuert werden. Sind ziemlich gebraucht - aber man bekommt vom Resort Handtücher die man eh drüber legen kann.
