+: Stayed for just a short quiet getaway with my partner and we’d definitely come back. Everything was clean, modern, and great value for money. Staff were very friendly, and anything we needed they were there to help. Good cocktails during happy hour, food was fine, good location right on the beachfront and the pools were perfect. Highly recommended.

+: The hotel is absolutely stunning, its luxurious paradise. The amenities, grounds, rooms and facilities are first class. There is a great kids play area if you are a family, you won’t be disappointed. The kids area is far enough away from the beach club at the beach front so couples and people without kids can enjoy a pretty much kid free zone. The gym is fantastic! Clean, spacious and modern. There’s also ping pong, archery, Pétanque pitch, volley ball, football and plenty of activities to do, there’s even a really cute street market on a Friday! The pools and spa are wonderful, as is the whiskey room in the lobby. Other nice touches are the free bicycles, complimentary infused water at the beach, wooden room cards, delicious smelling toiletries, extra comfy bed and pillows, ultra modern rooms. There’s not much around but when we come up to this part of the island, we don’t want much around, there’s a 711 not far, we biked there and back. I didn’t get his name but the porter who helped with our bags was very lovely and bubbly and gave us a warm smiley reception :) A special thanks to Nicolas the GM for his hospitality and response to a small issue we had with room service. Tip: your room card turns the Aircon on in the gym (this may have been explained somewhere but we missed it)

-: Everything was wonderful, highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed 😍Can you change the happy hour to show 21:00-22:00 because as it stand it looks like happy hour is 9:00-10:00pm, which we thought was from the morning.

+: Beautiful hotel complex, with many pools, green areas, children's playground & children's club. Beach wide and clean. Enough sun loungers at the pools and beach. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet very large, very varied and delicious. Large fitness room. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

-: It would be nice if there was a bit more going on in the evening. It felt like there was only "fall asleep" music in the beach bar.

+: The pool is nice, the restaurant at the beach is good, the room is pretty and clean.

-: The outdoor kids playground doesn’t have any tent or roof or anything of this kind, so it is not even possible to use during the period from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM, because everything is boiling hot, you can’t even touch anything and after the sunset it doesn’t have enough light for the kids to play there. The parking doesn’t have any awning or roof, so the car turns into a sauna there. The employees at the reception’s don’t speak English well.The restaurant where they serve breakfast is not good: there was a cup with pumpkin seeds at the salad station full of ants and at the Italian dinner they have practically no pizza, just some type of bread with tomatoes on it, too expensive and not good.I forgot my belt at the property and I contacted them afterwards because I wanted to return it, they never responded back.At the spa entrance they have an advertisement saying that 90 minute massage costs 1890 baht, but when it is time to pay 1890 turn into 2300 baht.There are lots of mosquitoes outside and in the rooms.

-: Receptionist checking us in was very frosty toward us for some reason. Did not take a deposit for spending in the hotel which resulted in us having to pay for everything we had on an ongoing basis. Buffet dinner was a huge disappointment, food was very plane and boring. Location of this hotel is the biggest issue as it is literally miles and miles from any other restaurants or other hotels.
