+: Hotel was nice, bed comfortable

-: Cleanliness was horrible, dust everywhere, kettle dirty, mirror dirty, for cleanliness I would give 0 compare to the fact that this is 5* hotel! Staff was not helpful regarding the situation when I mentioned to them!! Very disappointing! Very !!! When I called FOH regarding cleanliness issue they sent a room attendant who didn’t do anything while we were away she just left her chemical in the room…..

-: Dear Hilton DoubleTree Management,I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your Antalya location, which was marred by a series of disruptive fire alarms early in the morning on consecutive days. We specifically chose the Hilton DoubleTree because of its reputation for luxury and comfort, with the expectation of a peaceful, restful visit. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but restful.Being awoken abruptly at 6 AM and again at 7 AM 23 days of our stay without any apparent reason or subsequent explanation is unacceptable in any context, but it is especially so in a setting where guests pay a premium for a superior experience. The lack of communication and absence of any form of compensation for the significant inconvenience caused only compounds our frustration.We had looked forward to a relaxing getaway, yet we found ourselves deprived of sleep and left without answers. This not only disrupted our stay but also affected our activities and overall enjoyment of our vacation. We told the management and nothing was done and had zero compensation. Their breakfast was $30 USD and let’s just say it’s not even worth $10. We stayed at Doubletree Hilton in Istanbul and breakfast was much better there. This one is not to the standards for a premium hotel.I urge you to address these issues promptly, ensuring that future guests do not have to endure similar experiences. Moreover, I believe it is both fair and appropriate for your hotel to offer some form of compensation to us to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. The operational manager and front desk manager placed the blame on the guests smoking but that’s NOT good enough. Avoid if you are looking for a place to rest because this issue with the fire alarms will keep happening given that smoking is very common in Turkey.Sincerely,Alexander

-: This hotel is a big scam -Never never trust their concierge for travel they will be nice to you but when they take their money they won’t turn up.We paid advance 80 euros for pick up and drop off but he just came for pick up and drop off we waited for over 25 mins in our lobby no one came.The owner and the staff refused to answer any of our calls.When we go to the reception for help CAGIR this man is another liar - he says first car is here but I don’t know, we said we paid for it he said yes I can see in system so we told him give us a hotel or normal taxi or refund our money then he pretends I don’t know then doesn’t speak English and drama.While checking out we had an outstanding of 2800 lira approx 80 euros one night before the other receptionist said in return they will give us our balance in lira amounting to 527 approx today morning this man says no I can give u only 200 lira back as per exchange rate such a big liar.Then when I said I will pay full in lira give me back my euro he made such a dirty face.They don’t give bags on time - no rooms are cleaned after several reminders. Best is for water they make you dance like a pin ball one days call reception another says room service then room service says I will charge you so call reception for free.Please there are way better hotels don’t fall for this.

+: Well appointed rooms, good facilities in the hotel

-: Very poor service. We asked for vegetarian options for breakfast and the staff was not helpful at all. Even a normal ask like iced coffee couldn’t be met at the breakfast. Found the staff rude

+: Locatie was prima om vanuit daar snel met de taxi richting verschillende (goede) locaties af te reizen. Lopend naar start centrum is overigens ook te doen, ongeveer een minuut of 10. Algemene uitstraling van het hotel was ook 'prima'. + + + credits naar portier Sayit!!!

-: In ieder geval het personeel, overall. Zeer slechte, onvriendelijke uitstraling over de gehele linie en niet behulpzaam (overigens totaal niet in lijn met de rest van de mensen in Turkije). En op één iemand in het bijzonder na: Sayit (portier). Wat een kanjer. Die maakte ons verblijf veel beter. Personeel lijkt liever niet te werken; in de lobby, in de Spa, in het restaurant (boven), de andere portieren. Niet 5-ster waardig. (En houd je van uitslapen in een donkere kamer: De gordijnen zijn te klein om te verduisteren, dus: de zon schijnt lekker naar binnen!)

-: Room did have a slight cigarette smell.
