-: Ceea ce era in poze nu s-a potrivit cu realitate.A trebuit sa platesc in plus la cazare inca 845 e, fara a-mi da factura si nu au tinut cont de Genius, pentru a-mi schimba camera. Ceea pentru care am facut rezervarea nu corespundea calitativ cu fotografiile. Aveau un singur rand de geamuri, batea vantul in camera si era murdara. Receptionerul nu a vrut sa imi schimbe camera sub diverse motive, doar daca platesc diferenta pentru o alta camera cu 3 paturi, platindvsi patul gol.Nu am cuvinte!

+: The location and the room. Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice and the terrace at the top of the building offered perfect views to watch the balloons at sunrise.

+: Llegue a las 9 am y me dieron oportunidad de hacer check in muy temprano, luego me ayudaron a rentar un carro a un súper precio para hacer los tours por mi cuenta, el desayuno súper rico, buena ubicación muy cerca del centro de Goreme, pero ideal para ver los globos, servicio y desayuno completo, tiene vista hermosa en la noche desde una salita de cristal, donde puedes tomar café o te gratis, nos dieron galletas de noche.

+: wonderful experience with Elysee Cave Hotel.Soheil arranged all our tours throughout our stay of 3 days & nights based on our preferred activities.We did the Jeep safari tour, Whirling Dervish show, Hot air balloon, Red & Green tour and ATV.Everything was well planned. We were well taken care by the most trusted local guides and drivers.Hotel was nice as well, we got the family room that comes with a private balcony. It wasn’t really a peak season so it felt like we have the hotel all to ourselves.Location is great, walkable distance to the restaurants.Thank you Soheil & Tatyana for packing breakfast for us before we catch our morning flight 😊Highly recommended.

+: I wish I could give this 11 out of 10! It is quite simply outstanding ! The hotel itself is stunning , the rooms are delightful and the terrace itself must give one of the best views of the ballon’s in Gorome, and there is 24 hour access to hot teas and coffee and a lovely room with a fire But was makes it especially wonderful is the amazing stuff, not only did we get out in a better room then we booked as the hotel was quiet they went out of the way to make sure we had the best time ! They absolutely made you feel welcome I can’t say enough what a wonderful experience it was staying there

+: The property had 24 hours heater on was good.nice roof lounge you can view the hot air balloon if they were flying. Staff was nice and help.

-: The room was small. I feel like it just a roughcast room with some 1980’s furnitures, and call it by a good name of cave hotel. The bathroom was small and just had a shower head on the wall without a dome, and the door couldn’t close properly, after you had showered, the bathroom just like a pool.

+: The views, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the terrace. We would come to the same hotel again.

-: The WiFi, there were two, one for the ground floor and another for the top floor. We were on the ground floor and connected to that wifi, but the reception wasn't very good and we couldn't watch a movie before going to bed.
