+: The waiters at the restaurant were amazingly attentive and very friendly, breakfast (buffet style) was delicious, we also had dinner which was good and not overpriced, the pool area is amazing with lots of comfy and shady options

-: We woke up at 11:45pm as somebody was opening up our door. We started to yell and scream thinking we were being robbed or the likes and only heard "sorry, sorry", quickly went up to see that a staff member (based on the clothing) was walking away. Of course, we were wide awake and didn't know if they had tried to enter to rob us. When we shared that with the reception the next day, they were apologetic but quite overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. After another staff member joined and checked the card that had been used they said that a staff member was showing new hotel guests their room. However, we did not see any hotel guests and clearly the staff member's card was used (which you wouldn't do in front of guests as you would use their card). And why would they walk away so quickly without giving us the reassurance that everything is ok? So very fishy. We did not receive any discount etc. as an apology, Also, the location is a little bit further away from the "city" which makes it a lot quieter but also quite the walk (up a tiny hill). At times, the room smelled like sewage, there are dumpsters right in front of the hotel which also smell.

+: Everything, the Morina deluxe is the best hotel we have stayed at, we upgraded our room to the junior suite, the views were amazing of the bayparagliders. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices. Great cocktails...around £8, food not expensive.The staff from the cleaners, gardener Mehmet to the boys at the barrestaurant are a credit to this hotel...we said a sad goodbye yesterday to the boys..we will miss you and will be back ♥️

-: Mosque is right beside hotel and loud at 5am, but hey it's a Muslim country and you do get used to it (kind of 😊)

+: Çalisanlar cok iyiydi ve yardimseverdi. Mimari olarak çok güzel tasarlanmış. Uzaktan bakınca guzel duruyor. Ancak işçilik olarak vasat.

-: Açık büfe kahvaltı tam bir fiyaskoydu! Ben hayatımda böyle kötü bir kahvaltı görmedim. Yabancı turistler turk kahvaltisini bilmiyor diye en basitinden yapilan bi menemene bile menemen demeye bin şahit lazim. Sanirim mutfakta hersey sabah 6-7 de hazirlanip bufeye konuyor ve 9’da gelen misafirler buz gibi yiyor tüm yemekleri. Eger bir türkseniz yemek konusunda hayal kırıklığına uğrayabilirsiniz. Keşke büfedeki menemenin fotoğrafını paylaşabilseydim. Mimari kisimda ise Finisyonlar falan tam bir fiyasko. Ustalar çok kötü çalışmış. Sanki hizlica bitirelimde hemen sezona yetişsin der gibiydi hotel odasi ve koridoru. Kaldigimiz odadaki banyo ve yatak odasi arasinda bir pencere vardi. Duş alinca su oldugu gibi yatak odasina akiyordu. Boyle guzel bir mimari projeye boyle kotu bi işcilik hiç olmamış.

+: Everything! Staff were amazing 😄 even the cleaners! Rooms cleaned daily😄 Nothing was too much trouble they made our holiday, we will be back!!

+: The renovations to the hotel are lovely. Whilst it is more modern, the hotel has continued to have a personal feel to it because of the amazing staff. This is my second time staying at the hotel and my partner and I plan on returning. It’s so quiet and peaceful yet you can easily walk to the beach within ten minutes. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. What makes the hotel unique is the staff. Albee in particular goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and you never have to lift a finger. I highly recommend this hotel!
