Отель Raymond Hotel 5*

+: Room cleaner lady was very helpful and excellent job , she was cleaning every day perfectly and always look after every rooms .All room was very clean .

-: I do not like bathroom and It was uncomfortable and also bathroom have too small for family and everyday water was leaking through bathroom door, when we shower . I reported to management team 4 to 5 times but they didn’t not any action or didn’t solve the problem.Also ,on the day 1st day , when I was going in room lift was not working, room light also not working, Air condition also not working and Stair was dangerous . When we going to enter the room 1st day , lift didn’t work and my son was slipped and get down on the floor from stair . All stair was dangerous . They didn’t fix the light . Then the changed room next day . My son didn’t sleep comfortably because bed was uncomfortable I booked 2 months ago but on the check-in day everything was uncomfortable as per website description . I came hotel 23:00 pm and I didn’t find any room ready for me , I booked 2 room and none of ready for me .I was so scared , when I found this situation .I entered the room 3am .I was unhappy for 1st day service . It has not value of my money for hotel room .

+: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere at the hotel is very homely. Location is exceptional. It's within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast was really good

+: Die Lage ist es, was dieses Hotel auszeichnet!! Sehr zentral gelegen ....2min zur Metrostation Gülhane

-: Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Mobiliar weist Gebrauchspuren auf...aber, wenn man meist unterwegs ist und es günstig haben möchte, kann man darüber hinwegsehen...

+: Breakfast was good and sufficient Location was close to transport and markets. The rooftop restaurant is an added bonus. Good food and really compliments the hotel. Hotel staff went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. We have been to Turkey about 10 times and this was the best stay

+: The location is superb and the staff is the best (Moloud and Abdullah). Great clean rooms with enough space for a comfortable stay.This is the 3. time and I would book it again without any hesitation!

-: The breakfast area was much more cozier (2022) and you had more space.

+: Location was very good, walking distance to much that you would want to see and do. The reception staff were very amenable and helpful. The streets close by were great for shopping, no need to go to the grand bazaar unless it’s something you want to cross off your bucket list. The restaurant next door was fabulous (I think it was called Constantine), something the Raymond Hotel should try to emulate….

-: My room was small, shabby and had an awful view of a wall, air conditioners and rubble. The breakfast was very ordinary, actually it was disappointing. The whole 5 days I was there a single bed that looked dirty was left in the hall outside my floors lift…. every day I hoped it would be gone so that I didn’t have to navigate around it but, no, it stayed, it seemed they did not show much pride in their hotel or perhaps it just didn’t matter to them?
