-: le bruit dans les chambres très tôt le matin tard dans la soirée, nos chambres se trouvaient au rez de chaussée au-dessus du restaurant (bruits de chaises que l'on traine sur le carrelage ) nos chambres étaient attenantes au local du personnel de ménage qui récupèrent leur chariot et tour leur matériel d'entretien à partir de 6h du matin l'une des chambres avait vue directe sur la scène oû tous les soirs la musique étant jouée jusqu'après23H Les vacances sont synonymes de détente de plaisirs de visites des lieux à découvrir, mais aussi de repos la nuit tel ne fut pas le cas avec des nuits trop courtes et perturbées par la proximité de familles avec de tres jeunes enfant (cris pleurs;;;) pourquoi ne pas installer les personnes souhaitant le calme dans des étages plus élevés nous déconseillons impérativement cet hotel ou rien n'est fait pour satisfaire le client!!!! Merci pour votre attention

+: Ansolut totul a fost superb , iar petrecerea de aniversare a hotelului din 15.05.2024 a fost excelenta . Mancarea excelenta , personalul foarte amabil , ciratenoe desavarsita , intr-un cuvant o vacanta de vis .

+: Das Frühstück war gut.Die Lage auch,die Lobby,die Unterhaltung,die schöne Innenausstattung,die Aufzüge,die kulinarischen Angebote,ein schöner Strandabschnitt. Es ist sehr sauber im ganzen Hotel.Undcsehr freundliches und herzliches Personal.

-: Nicht gefallen hat uns,dass wir durch das geschlossene Fenster bis um 4 UHR morgens Musik aus anderen Gebäude hören mussten.Und dadurch nicht gut geschlafen haben.DiecKopfkissenvwaren nicht so bequem. Eine kleine Tasse Kaffe zum Frühstück und auf die zweite müsste man warten,manchmal war der Kaffee nicht warm genug.

+: In general , good staying , great animation, location, building , gym, the reception helped a lot with transfer. A good point that the hotel has a cafe separately. I still would recommend this hotel.

-: For that money - they are good and try to do everything for comfortable stay of guests. But I was poisoned by food… The quality of product is not good, as last 3 days the stomach could not stand the food. I would recommend to pay attention to this . There were 3 waiters who were not friendly because we did not give the tips at the lunch … they were ignoring us. It was sad. But nevertheless, the staff is very hardworking and professional.

+: The building is beautiful and well built. Soundproofing in rooms is good considering the noise and activities around the location. Some of the staff are amazing and they put entertainment in place for the guests. Mehmet working breakfast and lunch was fantastic. A huge asset to the hotel, we wish everyone was like him. Keep in mind without listing details, this hotel is mainly focused on German guests. It seems the majority of guests who stay in this hotel are from Germany. Therefore the staff mainly speak German or Turkish and the entertainment is sometime focused on German culture. This is not a bad thing, it is a good thing, but it’s something we were unaware of when booking.Beach is only a 4 minute walk awayFood is good considering it’s buffet style Hotel is cleanSome staff are brilliant

-: Cockroaches on ground floor in room, huge power generators on display that do not look very. When we arrived we were told we would have a disabled room for the first night, we declined it so had a temporary room which had visitors (cockroaches) from outside walking in the room. We were then given a much nicer room as promised as an apology, but with empty promises followed. Just wine and fruit to the room is all, we reminded staff of this 4 times but were always given false reassurances or we were told to speak to someone else. I was with my girlfriend who was Turkish and she heard staff speaking very unprofessionally about guests and were very rude.There was an incident at a bar where one member of bar staff was so rude about us and unfortunately she didn’t realise we would understand her. Same goes for the men working at the bar. Worst of all was one member of staff at reception who seemed to take our complaints personally and he spoke to us like we were in the wrong. Not a good person to have as the face of customer service. We had bad experiences and they promised things that would never happen.I am writing this review in a kind way as there is so much more I can say. I contacted the hotel before leaving this review to see if they wanted to make it right, a chance to save this review going public which I felt was doing them a favour. I was giving them a chance to offer us anything, a small discount on a future booking or even a just written apology would have been good enough.Unfortunately my negative experience of this hotel then grew. They sent me an email which I have a record of threatening legal action to be taken against me. They then deleted this message, probably in a panic when I responded with shock at what I had just read. The most appalling behaviour from someone who is paid to represent the hotel. My girlfriend feels embarrassed as I was her guest in her country and she couldn’t believe the message I received.
