+: Everything about this gorgeous authentic little hotel was amazing - it certainly deserves its high scores in every area. The staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much bother. They gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants too!

+: Very friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to get a great room and early check in which was really appreciated after our long flight from Australia. It is location very close to Istiklal St and only a few minutes walk from the M2 metro entrance and the funicular railway. They provided complementary coffee and biscuits in the morning.

-: Whilst we didn’t hear the main Istiklal St noise, there was some noise from the small street below, however it’s probably impossible to get a totally quiet room in that area.

+: La amabilidD del personal y la limpieza del hotel! Las habitaciones impecables y me encanto personalmente que la habitación tenian AC individual y no central para que cada huésped lo ajuste a su temperatura ideal.Ademas el hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, todos los comercios, restaurantes estan inmediatos y los lugares de interes de muy muy fácil acceso.Los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables dando recomendaciones de sitios para comer y visitar.Muy recomendando este hotel sin duda volveria y lo recomendaria a quien sea.

-: Las almohadas no eran de calidad y es lo unico que cambiaria eran muy básicas y no pude dormir con ellas porque amanecía con dolor de cuello.

+: Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Alle Empfehlungen der Mitarbeiter waren gut! Man fühlt sich willkommen!

+: Proximity to restaurants and helpfulness of staff. The room was pretty - loved the dressing gowns for our use! The hotel felt safe and homely and it was very smart. Some of the suggestions from Ufuk were perfect especially Varuna and Elios! It was a great stay which is why we’ve booked to go back!

-: A shelf by a mirror outside the bathroom to dry my hair would’ve been useful. A drying up cloth and dish-wash liquid for washing our cups as we had a sink, and a towel rail outside the bathroom to dry our towels ! All of which would help to make it even better.

+: The area, the large clean rooms and the staff.

+: Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, comfortable, has elevator, and staff is extraordinary and understands English very well. The location is perfect, right next to Istiklal street, Metro, and the Beyoglu tunnel, 5 minutes from tram, 15 minute walk from Taksim Square. Perfect place to stay in Istanbul.
