+: We wanted for nothing - made to feel like celebrities at every opportunity! Amazing gym, pools, restaurants, water park and aquarium.The staff made our stay celebrating our new engagement incredibly special - fruit baskets, Prosecco, cakes, chocolates - all complimentary. As well as all the restaurants! Made it phenomenally special!
-: Look - the price is on the high side - but you can make the most of the facilities included with the room (late breakfast, nobu by the beach sunloungers for free (including water and sun cream), aquaventure etc. We ate out 2 of the 4 nights we were there and room service the other 2 (we didn’t need lunches) spent perhaps another £500 on top of our stay. You can spend silly money - (£1000 an hour for a JetCar watersports!) but you don’t have to (still jealous my fiancée didn’t let me). Other than that the only negative is that all the pools close at 7pm apart from the very top end upsell cloud 22 (I hear it’s sublime) which is a bit annoying - as a salesmen I get it.

-: I have been to this hotel 3 times and now it was horrible changes. That Atlantis Royal that was a year ago much better than it is now. All uniqueness has disappeared, but a bunch of incomprehensible people have appeared. Previously, residents of the hotel could use the services of Cloud 22, now you have to pay extra for this and with you, there will be people who came from the street and paid for the entrance. Previously, you could go to Nobu and an amazing atmosphere awaited you, now again everything is paid and a bunch of incomprehensible people who paid for the entrance. Previously, when you came to breakfast, you were met by personal waiters who know your preferences, there was a loose choice of dishes, now no one meets you, because there were people who do not live in the hotel, but simply paid for breakfast, No personal waiters, even coffee is now brought from the auto machine. Previously walking around the lobby, there was a dress code, pleasant music. Now a bunch of people in swimsuits and playing Drum and Bass. How could you lose your uniqueness, chic and luxury?! It turned into an incomprehensible hotel where you came to the zen pool, in the trees to relax, and Eminem plays with you from GYM. HOW can this even be?! This hotel was an icon, but the options where any cattle came from the street and paying for the entrance does not respect the hotel guests, this says a lot.
