+: Stuff were very friendly. They try to help every time.The food was very good.
-: The worst thing is about water. They did not charge water in room freely!!Time of indoor pool and gym was not good. Close at 18 was too soon because it was Ramadan and there was nothing to do in city.Rooms could be more clean.

+: I traveled on business with a group of 2 people we got 2 separate rooms in a closed private hall (very quiet) hotel staff helpful at all times very good cuisine cleanliness of the hotel and its location the hotel is a very good all-inclusive option, but also for us during a business trip Thank you to the hotel manager Mr. Salah
-: bed configuration Double Bed hotel is not an option if we book this option, we will get two single beds connected with a special mattress connector, which is not very comfortable water bottle of water in the room only on the first day of stay it's a 5 star hotel and there should be water refills every day
