+: Morgenmaden var dårlig. Tørt og hårdt. Pandekagerne var sten hårde. Andet som burde være crispy var også blødt. Ulækkert.

+: Ehrlich gesagt hat uns nichts dort gefallen.

-: Zimmer dreckig man musste mehrmals die Mitarbeiter anbetteln damit die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Habe Meerblick gebucht und Cora mehr bezahlt dafür, und haben eine Hütte einfach bekommen als Anblick. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

+: Nice room and set up

-: Where do I even start! Took me a couple of weeks to process that my hard earned money went into staying at this hotel! The stuff were rude and very unhelpful, i speak fluent english and german and still could not communicate with any of them. We went there for the promised spa facilities which were closes without notification! The responce from the hotel was more then rude and unacceptable apology… left over fruit from the breakfast bar! We had no service, we have been looked at wierd when we said which suit we stayed in down the breakfastbar , which made us feel very uncomfortable! The waiter never got our order right and got confused on many occasions. When we were to check out we were told we have to pay a fine for a so called “towel card” which we never even received at check in. We had to use our shower towels down the beach and noone told us about the beach towels. It was a very frustrating stay to say the least and we werent made to feel comfortable and welcoming what so ever! I expect from a hotel where we booked one of the best rooms (suit) that we get warmly welcomed and showen around and receiving first class service, instead we received rudeness, bored looking staff at the reception, playing games on phones, bad language barriers and zero service! Not again!!!!! Avoid and use your money elsewhere!

+: Excellent location on the beach, very stylish and new place. View from the room was spectacular! Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast by the sea was great.

-: Some were helpful, while others were difficult to communicate with. Levant (Lifeguard) at resort was extremely kind and helpful, a very pleasant person! Always greeted with a smile, I wish more were as cheerful.”
