-: Das Zimmer war leider extrem ringhörig und der Strassenverkehr (Roller) war teils so laut, dass man davon aufwachte. Sauberkeit war leider ebenfalls nicht so gut (klebrige Oberflächen, schmutzige Dusche..)

+: Trevligt bemötande vid check in. Omtänksam personal. Vänliga glada. Bjöd på en coctail varje dag och kaffe och te. Hade olika erbjudanden både vid poolen och mat.
-: Hårda madrasser. Många trappor att gå i. Jobbigt om man har svårt att gå!

-: The toilet didn’t flush properly, the double room we booked only had one bed side table and lamp, it seemed like furniture was missing. It took three requests for them to get us some extra furniture. Overall not good value for money considering how much we paid.

+: The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us what we asked, a easy acess room in the ground floor, little stairs. We were very happy with that. The food at dinner is very good, really deserves a shot.
-: The noise from the other guests. We called reception and they took care of that for us. But it was a recurrent event. They should enforce no noise policy more, because the other guests don't do it on their own. The breakfast is really poor, basics only. The bread and croissants are not good. The omelets and fruit were ok.
